Fragile components are double-wrapped in protective, non-scratch sheets and shipped inside reinforced, double-walled corrugated outer cartons. We guarantee your statement decor arrives completely chip-free, crack-free, and immaculate.

Can I track my shipment? Absolutely. As soon as your order clears our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated email containing a secure tracking number so you can follow your package straight to your doorstep.

Returns & Damage Claims

What happens if my decor item arrives damaged? While our custom-molded packaging achieves a near-perfect safety record, transit accidents can occasionally happen with fragile cargo. If an item arrives broken, simply capture a clear photo of the damaged piece along with the shipping box label and email it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will fast-track a brand-new replacement to you immediately, completely free of charge.

What is your standard return policy? We want you to style your home with absolute joy! For strict quality control and safety regulations regarding home luxury goods, we accept standard returns only on completely unused decor items in their original, pristine condition, packed perfectly inside the unopened original product packaging with all protective internal foam padding completely intact within 30 days of delivery.
